CNKHZ KHZ-G33 Series Power-Frequency 3 IN 3 OUT On-Line UPS
(10kVA–800kVA)
Compared with standard facilities, medium-to-large data centers and
heavy industrial installations require extremely high power reliability.
Critical loads, from precision computing clusters to automated production
lines, require uninterrupted pure sine-wave power. Grid fluctuations,
severe surges, and sudden power drops make both resilience and flexible
scalability essential.
Core system architecture
High-power industrial UPS system with online double conversion and output isolation transformer.
Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and ATS for seamless utility/generator switching.
External battery banks with configurable long-backup runtime.
Precision air conditioning and environmental control for dense equipment racks.
Centralized intelligent monitoring through RS232, RS485, SNMP, and dry contacts.
The utility source and standby generator are managed by the ATS and fed
into the central PDU. Depending on the site design, customers may use a
centralized UPS configuration or a distributed multi-bus configuration.
Figure 1: CNKHZ power solution for medium and large data centers and critical industrial
applications
A centralized configuration places high-capacity UPS units and battery
banks in a dedicated power room, simplifying maintenance and monitoring.
A distributed configuration places targeted UPS units near individual
halls or production segments, improving fault isolation and operational
flexibility.
Overload capacity: up to 150% for short-duration operation.
Efficiency: above 92% in double-conversion mode and above 98% in ECO mode.
Parallel redundancy: supports up to eight units in parallel.
Battery DC voltage: 384VDC / 480VDC external battery configuration.
Large Data Center Power Solution
Large-scale enterprise data centers are expanding worldwide. Facilities
exceeding 500 m² require massive capacity, zero-transfer reliability,
modular scalability, advanced fault isolation, and high-density power
distribution.
Centralized intelligent monitoring and lightning protection.
The architecture integrates dual-source power switching, precision air
conditioning, power-frequency online UPS filtration, centralized surge
protection, and redundant distribution buses for Tier-4 mission-critical
operation.
Figure 1: Infrastructure diagram of a modern large data center power architecture
The CNKHZ dual-bus synchronized solution uses independent UPS buses
managed through ATS and LBS. Dual-input server power supplies receive
independent feeds from Bus A and Bus B, while single-input critical loads
are protected through an STS with zero transfer time.
Core advantages
High power density and large capacity: single-unit capacity up to 800kVA and
support for up to eight parallel units.
Built-in galvanic isolation: reduces common-mode interference and stabilizes output
within ±1%.
Optimized investment and phased scalability: capacity can be expanded without
interrupting live operations.
Superior efficiency and thermal performance: up to 98% efficiency in ECO mode with
intelligent thermal management.

Industrial Application Power Protection Solutions
Modern factories rely on precision equipment, advanced IT systems, and
automated production technologies. Because industrial loads vary widely,
each load category requires a suitable power condition. Grid surges,
harmonic feedback, dust, and temperature variations also make protection,
galvanic isolation, and monitoring essential.
Centralized industrial monitoring via RS485, SNMP, and dry contacts.
Critical industrial equipment can be divided into three categories:
Precision industrial equipment, including semiconductor packaging machines, SMT placement lines, CNC
centers, and robotic assembly equipment.
Process management systems, including DCS, PLC cabinets, SCADA networks, remote monitoring, and
safety shutdown systems.
Factory IT and business infrastructure, including ERP servers, MES systems, PLM databases, and
industrial Ethernet switches.

The utility and generator sources are managed by the ATS and routed to
specialized distribution sections. CNKHZ recommends separating heavy
industrial loads from sensitive factory IT systems to reduce
cross-interference.
Parallel UPS for precision loads: N+X parallel UPS configuration with zero-transfer
protection.
Dedicated industrial UPS for process automation: isolated online UPS protection for
DCS, PLC, and instrumentation circuits.
Independent IT and data protection: separate online UPS protection for ERP, PLM,
and MES systems.
With flexible modular expansion, robust overload capacity up to 150%,
and industrial-grade construction, CNKHZ-G33 systems provide dependable
continuity across changing production demands.
