Compared with standard facilities, medium-to-large data centers and heavy industrial installations require extremely high power reliability. Critical loads, from precision computing clusters to automated production lines, require uninterrupted pure sine-wave power. Grid fluctuations, severe surges, and sudden power drops make both resilience and flexible scalability essential.

Core system architecture

  1. High-power industrial UPS system with online double conversion and output isolation transformer.
  2. Power Distribution Unit (PDU) and ATS for seamless utility/generator switching.
  3. External battery banks with configurable long-backup runtime.
  4. Precision air conditioning and environmental control for dense equipment racks.
  5. Centralized intelligent monitoring through RS232, RS485, SNMP, and dry contacts.

The utility source and standby generator are managed by the ATS and fed into the central PDU. Depending on the site design, customers may use a centralized UPS configuration or a distributed multi-bus configuration.

A centralized configuration places high-capacity UPS units and battery banks in a dedicated power room, simplifying maintenance and monitoring. A distributed configuration places targeted UPS units near individual halls or production segments, improving fault isolation and operational flexibility.

  2. Rated output voltage: 380V / 400V / 415V, ±1% steady-state accuracy.
  3. Transfer time: 0 ms for critical loads.
  4. Overload capacity: up to 150% for short-duration operation.

  6. Parallel redundancy: supports up to eight units in parallel.
