The power distribution cabinet is the central control equipment of the entire circuit management system. During the installation of the power distribution cabinet, there are certain installation requirements for the construction, wiring, and placement of the power distribution cabinet. Therefore, when installing the power distribution cabinet, the installer needs to have a certain understanding of the installation process of the power distribution cabinet. Users can also better supervise during installation.


Ⅰ. Construction process:

Equipment unpacking inspection→equipment handling→cabinet (panel) basic installation→cabinet (panel) upper busbar configuration→cabinet (panel) secondary circuit connection→cabinet (panel) test adjustment→power transmission operation acceptance.


Ⅱ. Construction technology:

1. The unpacking inspection of the equipment shall be carried out jointly by the installation unit, the supplier or the construction unit, and the inspection records shall be made. According to the equipment list, construction drawings and equipment technical data, check the specifications and models of the equipment body and accessories and spare parts to meet the requirements of the design drawings; complete accessories and spare parts; complete product qualification certificates, technical data, and manuals. The appearance inspection of the cabinet (pan) body should be free of damage and deformation, and the paint should be intact. Cabinet (pan) internal inspection, electrical devices and components, insulating porcelain parts are complete, no damage, cracks and other defects.

2. Equipment transportation shall be coordinated by lifting work and electricians. According to the weight of the equipment and the length of the distance, it can be transported by vehicles, truck cranes, human carts or hoist rollers. The roads should be cleared before transportation to ensure smoothness and smoothness. Equipment lifting points. If there are hoisting rings on the top of the cabinet (pan), the slings should be worn inside the hoisting rings. For those without hoisting rings, the hoisting elements should be hung at the four corners of the main load-bearing structure, and the slings should not be hoisted from equipment parts. The rope length of the sling should be the same to prevent the cabinet body from deforming or damaging the parts.

3. Cabinet (pan) installation, straightening section steel. Straighten the bent section steel, and then prefabricate the basic section steel frame according to the requirements of the drawing, and paint it with anti-rust paint. Place the prefabricated basic steel frame on the reserved iron piece according to the position marked in the construction drawings, and level and align it with a level or a spirit level. During the leveling process, no more than three pieces of spacers should be used. Then, the basic steel frame, embedded iron parts, and gaskets are welded firmly by electric welding. In the end, the top of the basic section steel should be 10mm higher than the leveling ground, and the handcart cabinet shall be implemented according to the technical requirements of the product.

4. After the installation of the basic section steel is completed, the outdoor ground wire flat steel shall be introduced into the room (in conjunction with the transformer installation ground wire) and welded firmly to both ends of the basic section steel. The welding surface is twice the width of the flat steel, and then the basic section steel is brushed twice. All over gray paint.

5. The verticality (per meter) of the busbar on the top of the cabinet (pan) is required to be <1.5mm, the top of the two adjacent trays <2mm, the top of the row of trays <5mm, the sides of the two adjacent trays <1mm, and the surface of the row of trays <5mm, The indirect seam of the disc is less than 2mm.

6. Connect the secondary small wires of the cabinet (panel), and check whether all the electrical components on the cabinet (panel) are consistent according to the schematic diagram. The rated voltage and the control operation power supply voltage must be consistent. Lay the control cable connection line between the phase and the cabinet according to the figure. After the control line is calibrated, simmer each core wire into a circle, and connect it to each terminal board with galvanized screws, eye circles, and spring pads. Generally, one terminal presses one wire on each side of the terminal board, and no more than two wires are allowed, and an eye circle is added between the two wires. Multi-strand wires should be tinned, and no broken strands are allowed.

7. Cabinet (pan) test adjustment, high voltage test should be carried out by the test unit approved by the local power supply department. The test standard complies with national regulations, local power supply department regulations and product technical data requirements. Insulation shake test, use 500V shake meter to test the resistance of each circuit at the terminal board, the resistance must be greater than 0.5MΩ. If there are transistors, integrated circuits, and electronic components in the secondary small-line circuit, the inspection of this part is not allowed to use the shake meter and the bell test. Use a multimeter to test whether the circuit is connected. Connect the temporary control power and operating power; remove the upper phase wire of the control and operating power circuit fuse in the cabinet (panel), and connect the temporary power.

8. Power transmission operation acceptance, the construction unit shall prepare qualified electroscope, insulating boots, insulating gloves, temporary grounding braided copper wire, insulating rubber pad, powder fire extinguisher, etc. Thoroughly clean the dust in all equipment, substation and distribution rooms, and control rooms. Use a vacuum cleaner to clean electrical appliances and instrument components. In addition, except for the equipment and utensils required for power transmission, no other items are allowed to be stacked indoors. Check whether there are tools, metal materials and other objects left on the bus bar and equipment. Organize the trial operation, clarify the commander, operator and guardian of the trial operation. 


Ⅲ. Points to note:

1. Before installing the power distribution cabinet, check the complete set of equipment and its equipment foundation before installation, and the cabinet can be installed after the acceptance is qualified.

2. When installing, first pull two baselines at a distance of 200mm from the top and bottom of the cabinet; place the panels in place according to the order specified in the drawing, and adjust one panel accurately, and then adjust the other panels one by one; adjust to The disks are consistent and neatly arranged.

3. The analog bus is aligned, and the installation is firm. The panel, cabinet and panel, the equipment in the cabinet and each component are firmly connected.

4. After the installation is completed, the signs on the panel are complete, accurate and clear, and the carts and drawer cabinets can be pushed and pulled flexibly. The side-by-side power distribution cabinets are arranged neatly, the indirect seams of the cabinets are smooth, the paint layer is intact and there is no damage, and the cabinet body and the cabinet door are grounded firmly and reliably.

5. The front and back inspection and maintenance operation space of the power distribution cabinet meets the maintenance and use requirements of the power distribution cabinet. Insulating carpets are laid as required.
