In order to reduce the eddy current and hysteresis loss of the transformer, silicon steel plates coated with insulating paint film are alternately formed into cores.


The core is the main part of the magnetic circuit in the transformer. Usually it is made of hot-rolled or cold-rolled silicon steel plate with high silicon content and thickness, and the surface is coated with a three-phase transformer with insulating paint. The core is divided into core columns and horizontal sections. The iron core sleeve partially has windings; and the iron core sleeve has windings. The horizontal piece is used to close the magnetic circuit.


The basic form of the core structure is a heart shape and a shell shape. The winding winding is the circuit part of the transformer, which is wound with double-wire packaging (paper packaging) insulated flat wire or enameled round wire. Fuel tank The fuel tank is composed of a tank body, a tank cover, a radiator and a drain valve. Its main function is to connect the transformer into a whole and dissipate heat. Inside are windings, iron cores and transformer oil.
